Requirements:

Job Description

  • Work with contract factory about all quality control & improvement
  • Monthly /Weekly quality meeting
  • Create and implement inspection and testing criteria or procedures
  • Documents defects, test results, or other regularly reported quality control data
  • Documents testing procedures, methodologies, criteria and other documentation as FMEA, control plans, Visual aids, inspection sheets, etc.
  • Identify critical points in the manufacturing process and specify sampling procedures to be used
  • Coordinate quarterly ISO Management Review with the management team
  • Coordinate and take responsibility for many aspects of QMS including Corrective Actions, Internal Audits, Document Control, Inspections, etc.
  • Continual Improvement of QMS
  • Coordinate with the Quality Manager to assure compliance with requirements of customers
  • Coordinate with all company functions, suppliers and customers concerning quality
  • Coordinate and/or conduct training of quality awareness, QMS requirements, customer requirements and procedures
  • Quality check step on physical material & ERP
  • International Travel

 

Qualifications:

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Quality Control or related position
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Knowledge of server products
  • Working knowledge of dimensional inspection, drawings, PCB, Linux OS
  • Demonstrated experience in Problem Solving/Root Cause Failure Analysis
  • Demonstrated experience with inspection and measurement tools, equipment and processes
  • Demonstrated experience using Lean Principles

 

Education

  • Bachelor level or above, major in EE

 

Skills

  • Strong communication skills to confidently explain information and converse with coworkers
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Organizational skills to effectively process all paperwork/products
  • Strong Office (PPT/Excel) computer skills
  • Must be able to read and speak Mandarin

 

Working Conditions:

Work Hours

  • 8-hour shift
  • 9:00 am-6:00 pm
  • Monday to Friday
  • Shift work
  • Minimal amount of being “on-call”
