Technical Account Manager

Brief Description:
  • Perform in-depth research into customer application and feedback to RD on how to optimize products
  • Maintain, test and validate customers’ BIOS, BMC, drivers, etc.
  • Develop Linux or Windows script for automated BIOS, FW, BIOS update
  • Coordinate operation activities from product kick-off to product launch with Server PM.
  • Drive product qualify improvement during design and manufacturing stages
  • Drive pre-sales and production technical issues to closure by arranging resources and engaging with other engineering teams to duplicate and debug
  • Perform failure analysis and trouble on defective servers on cases with major issues
Requirements:

Experience

  • 2-4 years of product engineer or service engineer experiences
  • Strong knowledge in OEM customer requirements
  • Familiar with Windows and various of Linux OS
  • Good communication skills, including both written and verbal.

Education

  • College level (Depends on experiences)
  • University level (Preferred)

  • Demonstrates understanding of how to successfully work in cross-functional organization and project management
  • Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment
  • Strong organization and problem solving skills
  • Able to travel to meet customer
  • Able to travel outside of US
