In a comprehensive evaluation, the Forrester Wave™: AI Infrastructure report identified Inspur Information as a Strong Performer for its full-stack AI solutions, market presence, and strategy.

Inspur named Gartner Hype Cycle Sample Vendor of Cloud-Optimized Hardware

Gartner, a global information technology research and consulting firm, selected Inspur as Sample Vendor of cloud-optimized hardware, recognizing it for its agile and innovative products that provide power efficiency, cost savings, and workload optimizations for hyperscale cloud service providers.

Launch of Inspur “MetaEngine” NVIDIA-Certified OVX Solution

The Inspur MetaEngine is an NVIDIA-Certified System™ purpose-built to power large-scale digital twin simulations within NVIDIA Omniverse Enterprise. It is the first server specifically designed for generating digital twins and virtual worlds and will function as the foundation to help industries prepare for massively complex AI-enabled applications.

Top results in MLPerf™ Inference v2.0 across data center Closed division

In MLPerf™ Inference v2.0, the industry definitive AI benchmark suite, Inspur AI servers set records in all 16 tasks in the data center Closed division, demonstrating the highest performance in real-world AI applications. Significant performance gains were seen in image classification, speech recognition and natural language processing tasks by 31.5%, 28.5% and 21.3% respectively.

Top results in MLPerf Training v2.0 single-node performance

Results from MLPerf™ Training v2.0 showed that among the Closed division benchmarks for single-node systems, Inspur AI servers were the top performers in natural language processing with BERT, recommendation with DLRM, and speech recognition with RNN-T. In the eight NVIDIA A100 Tensor Core GPU category, Inspur’s servers were top-ranked in five tasks – BERT, DLRM, RNN-T, ResNet and Mask R-CNN. This is the third consecutive time that Inspur ranked first in the MLPerf Training BERT benchmark.

Launch of end-to-end liquid-cooled server solutions

Inspur announced end-to-end support for liquid-cooled servers, offering cold plate liquid-cooling technology in all of its products including general-purpose servers, high-density servers, rack servers, and AI servers, taking another major step in its march towards sustainability and carbon neutrality.

Inspur AIStation supports NVIDIA AI Enterprise to foster innovation

Inspur combined its AIStation management platform with the NVIDIA AI Enterprise software suite to enable users to easily and efficiently utilize AI compute resources, allowing enterprises to quickly implement the industry’s most advanced AI capabilities and rapidly deploy AI applications.

Record-breaking results in MLPerf v2.1 Inference Benchmarks

In the MLPerf™ Inference v2.1 AI benchmark, Inspur AI servers took the lead in 19 out of 30 tasks in the Closed division, successfully defending 11 performance records with performance improvements of approximately 100% in several tasks like BERT (natural language processing) and 3D U-Net (medical image segmentation).

Servers supporting Intel Arctic Sound-M GPU

Inspur announced support for the Intel Artic Sound-M GPU (ATS-M) in its servers at Intel Innovation 2022. With the ATS-M, Inspur servers can deliver leading transcoding and compute performance at up to 500 TOPS (trillion operations per second) to support visual inference, media analytics, and real-time AAA gaming experiences.

Four open servers certified OCP Inspired™

Inspur expands open compute offerings with four newly certified OCP Inspired™ products – general-purpose enterprise servers NF5180M6, NF5280A6, NF5280R6, and the high-density cloud-optimized NF8260M6, highlighting Inspur’s continuing commitment to promoting open innovation and data center sustainability.

Launch of G7 servers supporting AMD EPYC™ 9004 Series

Inspur’s G7 servers leverage AMD EPYC 9004 Series processors to deliver 86% performance improvement over the last generation, offering leading performance, flexibility, scalability, efficiency, and support for liquid cooling technology.
