i24A5 AMD EPYC™ Server

High-density, high performance 2U 4-node server with flexible storage configurations.

High compute density and flexible storage configurations for the data center.

The i24A5 is a 2U 4-node high-density server powered by the 2nd generation AMD EPYC™ processor, each node providing dual-socket performance based on a single socket architecture. It offers flexibility of storage configurations to enable a variety of data center workloads.

High-Density Compute Performance

Each AMD EPYC™ CPU supports 64 cores, supporting maximum 280W TDP.  Each node has 8 DIMM slots and provides up to 1TB of RAM and memory speed up to 3200MHz.

Flexible Storage for Diversified Workloads

Multiple storage configurations are supported including all-flash NVMe and hybrid, with SKUs for 24x SFF as well as 12x LFF hot swappable drive bays.

Serving Hyperscale and Enterprise

i24A5 utilizes a “common building block” motherboard design which delivers flexibility and reliability at scale to support both hyperscale and enterprise data centers. The motherboard is also used in a Open19 architecture contribution to support the growing adoption of the standard and its various applications.
